This will probably break other people's systems, but Hypothesis memory
growth means my system can't even run the long tests without running out
of memory.

tests: Tweaks to health checks and examples ...

The time-based health checks keep causing transient test failures,
especially when my host system is under load. Throw them away.

Also drop the max examples for long down. CI is already taking an hour,
so I assume long is going to take days.

Jenkins currently builds on my Windows 10 Home machine and an Alpine
Python compiler.
This is my first working attempt at having a CI file.

dotest now does the following things:

- Passes extra args to pytest
- Exits on first error
- Prince locals on error
- Runs last error test in next invocation

parse: Pass a context to the parse function

mutmut: Run pytest with -n auto ...

This doubles the speed of testing.

env.sh: Unset internal commands

parse: Have parse_text handle contexts properly
