syntax: Rename Begin* to Start* #15

We currently use BeginNote/BeginText but I keep writing StartText/StartNote.

Is this some sign I'm losing it or a sign that 'Begin' is a bit hard to remember? Begin/End seems a bit lopsided to my English brain: It should be Begin/Finish and Start/End, no?
