efi: write volatile EFI variables used by systemd
LoaderTimeInitUSec and LoaderTimeExecUSec are used e.g. in systemd-analyze
to calculate the time spent in the firmare and barebox.

LoaderDevicePartUUID is used to mount the EFI partition to /boot.
