else the clock is not enabled :

            lcdif_sel (rate 270000000, disabled)
                lcdif_div (rate 33750000, disabled)
                    lcdif (rate 33750000, disabled)
                        lcdif_comp (rate 33750000, disabled)

tested on i.MX28EVK.
