MIPS: actually use CONFIG_MIPS_RELOCATION_TABLE_SIZE
The commit 28ed10d6a67c9 ("MIPS: relocation: add relocation support")
introduce the Kconfig CONFIG_MIPS_RELOCATION_TABLE_SIZE parameter
but it is never used.
