scripts: define ALIGN(x) in scripts' <linux/kernel.h>
To make code sharing between utilities in scripts/ and barebox easier,
define ALIGN in the scripts/include/linux/kernel.h as well for
compatibility with the barebox include/linux/kernel.h.
