clocksource: bcm2835: use clock-frequency property when available ...

If the clock frequency is given by a DT property, use this and don't
try to use the clock handle.

driver: replace dev_request_mem_region with dev_request_mem_resource ...

dev_request_mem_region doesn't work properly one some SoCs on which
PTR_ERR() values clash with valid return values from dev_request_mem_region.
Replace them with dev_request_mem_resource where possible.

ARM: bcm2835: register the clocksource driver earlier ...

RPi's mailbox driver is used early and it needs clock functions to
handle timeouts.

Promote to a core_initcall().
