* this compile option actually turns on a command, so name it
  accordingly
* also move the Kconfig definition into commands/Kconfig, thus
  placing getopt into the "Shell scripting commands" section
* while at it, improve Kconfig documention

Update mioa701 board for new setup :
 - double the barebox size to 524288 bytes
 - add new commands
 - add device tree support, for future PXA port to devicetree
 - add reset source

Add Mitac MioA701 board initial support.
The support provides basic boot and :
 - a console over USB (serial gadget).
 - the SD card support
 - the MTD docg3 support
 - the LCD support

Add a check in the default environment for a barebox.env
file on the first partition (FAT). If the file exists,
source it instead of the normal boot procedure.
