PTR_ERR_OR_ZERO is designed to replace boiler plate like:

PCI: Assume 1:1 mapping if .res_start callback is NULL ...

Save a bit of no-op boilerplate by converting pci_iomap() to treat
absense of .res_start callback as an indicator that 1:1 mapping is
being used.

PCI: Add SPDX GPL-2.0 to replace GPL v2 boilerplate ...

Port of a Linux commit 8cfab3c

  Add SPDX GPL-2.0 to all PCI files that specified the GPL version 2 license.

  Remove the boilerplate GPL version 2 language, relying on the assertion in
  b24413180f56 ("License cleanup: add SPDX GPL-2.0 license identifier to
  files with no license") that the SPDX identifier may be used instead of the
  full boilerplate text.

of: use 'const void *' for struct of_device_id.data ...

Since 2011 barebox' of_device_id struct uses unsigned long type for data field:

    struct of_device_id {
            char *compatible;
            unsigned long data;
    };

Almost always struct of_device_id.data field are used as pointer
and need 'unsigned long' casting.

E.g. see 'git grep -A 4 of_device_id drivers/' output:

Here is of_device_id struct in linux kernel v4.0:

    };

Changing of_device_id.data type to 'const void *data' will increase
barebox' linux kernel compatibility and decrease number of 'unsigned
long' casts.

Part of the patch was done using the 'coccinelle' tool with the
following semantic patch:

sizes.h: move include/sizes.h to include/linux/sizes.h ...

This file originates in Linux.  Linux has it under include/linux/
directory since commit dccd2304cc90.
Let's move it to the same place as well in barebox.

pci: tegra: relax link-up timeout ...

Some devices need a considerable amount of time
from reset deassertion until they are ready to
establish a link. Relaxing the link-up timeout
helps to detect them more reliable.
