ARM: access __boot_cpu_mode with a function
...
__boot_cpu_mode is accessed from barebox_multi_pbl_start() and
barebox_single_pbl_start(). These functions may be called at an
address different from the address they are linked at. Calculating
the address of global variables can yield wrong results when it
is done before setup_c() is called. We can't make sure when the
address is calculated, OSELAS.Toolchain-2018.12.0 indeed calculates
the address after setup_c() is called, but Debian
arm-linux-gnueabihf-gcc 8.3.0 does it before setup_c() is called
and thus doesn't work.
This is solved by accessing __boot_cpu_mode with a wrapper function
which we call explicitly after setup_c() is done.

ARM: introduce sync_caches_for_execution
...
We have several places in the code which which prepares just modified code
for execution. This is done differently in all the places, so add a common
function to be used by all.
Most places called arm_early_mmu_cache_flush(). This function includes
invalidating the instruction cache, so doing it again is unnecessary.
Sometimes we had arm_early_mmu_cache_flush() inside #ifdef CONFIG_MMU.
The ifdef seems unnecessary since we do not have it consistently, so
remove the ifdef.
Some early i.MX xload code had icache_invalidate() but forgot to flush
the caches. Replace the instruction cache invalidation with
sync_caches_for_execution().

After add aarch64 support (commit 868df08 )

The issue is, that addition of offset in one if-case was not done.
This patch fix this.

ARM: aarch64: Add relocation support

This adds aarch64 support for relocating binaries linked with -pie.
Support is integrated into the already exisiting
relocate_to_current_adr() function which is now used for both arm32

ARM: move away from ld_var
...
The ld_var solves the issue that when compiled with -pie the linker
provided variables are all 0x0. This mechanism however refuses to
compile with aarch64 support.
This patch replaces the ld_var mechanism with a nice little trick
learned from U-Boot: Instead of using linker provided variables
directly with "__bss_start = ." we put a zero size array into
a separate section and use the address of that array instead of
the linker variable. This properly works before relocation.

ARM: return positive offset in get_runtime_offset()
...
When we are linked at 0x0 and running at 0x01000000 then
get_runtime_offset() should return 0x01000000 and not 0xff000000. This
makes get_runtime_offset() more consistent and better understandable.
This was tested on a Freescale i.MX53 Quickstart board. Additionally
relocate_to_adr() was tested since that is normally not called.

ARM: start: Fix image size calculation
...
In barebox_non_pbl_start() we do not run at the address we are linked
at, so we must read linker variables using ld_var(). Since ld_var()
current is not available on arm64 we create two zero sized arrays,
one at the begin of the image and one at the end. The difference
between both is the image size we are looking for.

ARM: Add relocatable binary support
...
For making the same binary executable on different SoCs which have
different DRAM addresses we have to be independent of the compile
time link address.
This patch adds relocatable binary support for the ARM architecture.
With this two new functions are available. relocate_to_current_adr
will fixup the binary to continue executing from the current position.
relocate_to_adr will copy the binary to a given address, fixup the
binary and continue executing from there.
For the PBL and the real image relocatable support can be enabled
independently. This is done to (hopefully) better cope with setups
where the PBL runs from SRAM or ROM and the real binary does not.
