sizes.h: move include/sizes.h to include/linux/sizes.h ...

This file originates in Linux.  Linux has it under include/linux/
directory since commit dccd2304cc90.
Let's move it to the same place as well in barebox.

ARM: change signature of barebox_arm_entry ...

Mostly to make it clear that boarddata needs to be
something we can dereference.

As this is a pretty invasive change, use the opportunity
to make the signature 64bit safe.

ARM AT91: switch at91sam9 to barebox_arm_entry part1 ...

This switches the at91sam926x, 9g10 and 9g20 over to barebox_arm_entry.
For these SoCs we currently support reading back the memory size from
the SDRAM controller, so all of these can have a common reset() function.
