gpio: get function returns masked register value ...

Unlike Linux the generic driver get function returns the masked register
content and not the 0 or 1 value. The consequence is that gpio_get_value
returns for instance 0x10 for bit 4 instead of 1.
Use the Linux normalized form instead.

drivers: add COMPILE_TEST prompts to some on-by-default drivers ...

Many clock source and GPIO controller drivers don't have a prompt, but
are instead default y if their respective platform is enabled. Maintain
this behavior, but add a prompt for when COMPILE_TEST is enabled, so
they can be included in test builds.

drivers: mark first batch of compilable drivers for COMPILE_TEST ...

All of these drivers have a runtime dependency on SoC peripherals, but
can nevertheless be compile-tested. Add COMPILE_TEST as an alternate
dependency.

gpiolib: use correct format specifier for ptrdiff_t ...

C99 specifies the 't' length modifier type for pointer difference.
barebox vsnprintf supports it, thus use it.

We are guaranteed sizeof(long) == sizeof(void *) in barebox, so this
doesn't make a difference in practice except that it silences
following GCC warning:

gpiolib: introduce helper functions working on gpio_info structs ...

gpioinfo_*() assume their gpio_info pointer parameter to be valid and
don't ensure the gpio to be requested.

This drops several checks for being requested and allows further
extensions to work with unrequested gpios.

gpiolib: reorder functions ...

gpio_request_one() and gpio_request_array() make use of
gpio_direction_*, so it is natural to define the former them further low
in the file. It doesn't matter for the compiler here as all functions
are declared in a header, but the next commit adds a few more functions
and it benefits from this reordering by not needing forward
declarations.

gpio: Introduce GPIO names ...

This introduces GPIO names. So far we only have labels which are given
by the requester. In contrast names are given by the provider and do not
change depending on whoever requests a GPIO. The gpio commands now also
accept to reference a GPIO by name.
The printing of the gpioinfo command is adjusted to nicely print both
the label and the name.

gpiolib: add gpio_get_chip helper ...

Pinctrl nodes adhering to the generic pinctrl bindings may contain
properties like input-low/input-high, which require pinctrl_ops.set_state
to have a handle on the relevant gpio chip.

Currently this would lead to code duplication: Both the pinctrl driver
and gpiolib will need to store a list of registered gpiochips.

Avoid this by providing a helper to query the registered gpio_chip
given a gpio's number.

gpio: tree-wide don't probe devices during core_initcall ...

Since commit 37e6bee7e5 ("gpiolib: Add support for GPIO "hog" nodes")
barebox can handle hog-gpios. To work correctly the pinctrl driver
must be initialised first. Reorder all core_initcall's so the pinctrl
driver can be called first.

gpiolib: fix of_hog_gpio gpio label assignment ...

Current the label is retrieved by the line-name property but this is a
optional property. In case of a missing line-name property the label is
NULL. As the binding documentation told, the gpio-label must be set to
the device-node name in case of missing line-name property.
