regulator: port over Linux stm32 PWR regulator driver ...

This driver supports internal regulators (1V1, 1V8, 3V3) in the
STMicroelectronics STM32 chips. Control of these regulators will
be required when adding USB support later on.

Imported here is the Linux v5.6-rc1 state of the driver.

regulator: add driver for stpmic1-regulators ...

This commit imports the Linux v5.3 state of the driver. This allows us
to regulate at least the v3v3 voltage rail used by the DK1 and DK2
Ethernet PHY and SD-Card. Eventually, this driver should be used by the
USB host driver to supply the vbus voltage as well.

regulator: port Linux of_regulator_match ...

Linux regulator drivers like the pfuze and the incoming stpmic make use
of of_regulator_match to parse regulator init data from the device tree.
Port the function over from Linux v5.3, so drivers depending on it can
follow.

As we have no use in barebox for power saving and suspend states, these
parts are omitted.

regulator: Add pfuze driver ...

This is not yet a regulator driver, only the register map is
exported as /dev/pfuze* so the registers can be accessed for
debugging purposes.

bcm2835: introduce mach-bcm283x ...

This patch changes the most part of mach-bcm2835 to mach-bcm283x. This
prepares to add RPi2 support which is a bcm2836. This patch changes the
Kconfig entry namens to BCM283X for drivers only. These drivers should
working the same in bcm2836.

While updating defconfig I added LED support/trigger option.

regulator: add bcm2835 driver ...

this will allow to handle IP power automatically and not at board level

Mainline kernel need this as they do not have the regulator driver support

as some IP such as USB are not power on at boot

Add initial regulator support ...

Provide minimal regulator support. Only supported operations are enabling
and disabling regulators. Association of devices with their regulators is
limited to devicetree only. If regulator support is disabled the API expands
to static inline stubs so consumers can still use the API.
