ARM i.MX35: Add support for the Amazon Kindle3 ...

The Amazon Model No. D00901 Kindle3 is an E-Book reader based on the
i.MX35 SOC. The device boots in internal boot mode from a build-in eMMC,
alternatively the device may be set into USB-downloader mode when the
Vol+ key is pressed on startup.

Add support for this device and make barebox a drop-in replacement for
the factory shipped u-boot image.
Constraints for the use as drop-in replacement:
- imximg header (offset 0x400) has a maximum size of 2kB minus 16 byte
  since the last 16 bytes are used to store a vendor specific hardware
  desctription identifier
- the bootloader space (application plus env) is limited to 256kB minus
  16 bytes when installed with offset of 4kB (the u-boot offset was 3kB).
  A vendor specific device identifier is stored in the gap between
  application and kernel. The vendor specific identifiers should not
  be overwritten.

Notable features:
- Support for eMMC, USB, UART, I2C, SPI and Keys (except keyboard)
- Full support for vendor specific ATAGs
- usbserial barebox console access by pressing Select button at startup,
  alternatively full console support on connector J14.

Introduce non volatile device variables ...

Non volatile device variables are used to make device parameters
persistent. They are like normal non volatile variables, but set
the values of the device parameters with the corresponding name.
Every nv variable beginning with nv.dev is a non volatile device
variable. They have the form nv.dev.<devname>.<paramname> and act
on the parameter <paramname> of the device named <devname>.

The non volatile device variables are designated for example for
video modes, ethernet device ip addresses or mtd partitioning.

Documentation: imx: external boot capable SOC list complete ...

The iMX35 SOC supports both internal and external boot mode, and both modes
are supported by barebox.
The iMX35 is the latest SOC with support for this mode, none of the later
iMX series iMX50, 51, 53, 6SL, 6SDL, 6DQ, 7S or 7D does support it.
Let's complete the list.

rtc: ds1307: Add support for configuring external clock pin ...

The DS1307 has a square wave output pin, which can be used to output a
clock signal from the DS1307.  Additionally, the DS1308 supports
configuring this pin as an input from an external clock source to
which it should sync itself.

Add support with OF device tree properties to configure these
settings.  Supported features are using the clock pin as an output, an
input, the rate of the pin, and if it should be enabled on battery
backup power.

The driver does not check that the selected features are supported by
the clock chip being used.  It is the designer's responsibility to
create a valid device tree node; the bootloader does not attempt to be
a device tree validator.

bootm: Optionally add a root= option to Kernel command line ...

It becomes a common case that the Kernel is loaded from the filesystem
which later becomes the rootfs. This adds a possibility to let bootm
automatically append the root= option to the kernel command line. This
is done when global.bootm.appendroot is true.

bbu: Allow to refresh/repair images ...

Some SoCs allow to store multiple boot images on a device in order to
improve robustness. This adds a -r option to barebox_update to indicate
we do not want to make an update but instead repair/refresh an existing
image. Handlers which want to support this feature must set the
BBU_HANDLER_CAN_REFRESH flag during registration.

nfs: forward filesystem options to the kernel command line ...

Using NFS in conjunction with boot spec and the feature to let Barebox
auto generate a kernel command line must keep the options the NFS filesystem
was mounted in Barebox. This patch extends the kernel command line parameter
on demand if something different than the defaults are used.

The command:

barebox:/ boot nfs://myhost//root

expands to the kernel command line:

nfsroot=myhost:/root,v3,tcp

while the command:

barebox:/ boot nfs://myhost:2049//root

expands now to the kernel command line:

nfsroot=myhost:/root,v3,tcp,mountport=2049,port=2049
