e1000: Don't poll for FLSWCTL.GLDONE before starting a flash transaction ...

While FLSWCTL.GLDONE is set when the last transaction was fully
completed, there is no good reason to depend on this. According to the
i210 datasheet having FLSWCTL.DONE is enough.

e1000: implement support for smaller flash chips ...

Even though the register description of the FLA register suggests (on
page 386 of the i210 datasheet (rev. 3.1)) that 2 MB, 4 MB and 8 MB are
the only supported flash sizes, the list of supported flashes (on page
794 of the same document) lists for example a Micron M25PE80 which only
has a size of 1 MB.

Also in general it seems sensible to stick to the formula given for the
meaning of the values that are not explicitly listed.

If not disable, DMA RX engine will keep to write in to allocated
memory area. As soon as some code or data of target OS will be placed to
this area it will be overwritten by incoming network package.

Subject: [PATCH] Phy: Check NULL bus case and undetected phy via of

phy_device_connect can be called with NULL miibus for automatic match
with the phy described in the device tree. In the case where the phy
was not detected for some unknown reason, the next calls will be done
with a NULL bus. This will lead to undefined behavior and more probably
crashes.

current code will crash if DT has no PHY entry. With this patch
we will test if parent exist, before testing the parent device node.

macb: fix clock probing with DT ...

With DT enabled the following was logged:

   macb fffbc000.ethernet: no macb_clk
   macb fffbc000.ethernet: probe failed: Invalid argument

The clock probed was with the name used in a non-DT setup.
Fix so we use a proper name ("pclk") with DT, and keep
current fuctionality without DT.

i.MX: fec: add post PHY reset delay DT property ...

Some PHY require to wait for a bit after the reset GPIO has been
toggled. This adds support for the DT property `phy-reset-post-delay`
which gives the delay in milliseconds to wait after reset.

If the DT property is not given, no delay is observed. Post reset
delay greater than 1000ms are invalid.

param: make parameter functions more consistent ...

This patch creates a consitent set of device parameter functions.

With this we have: dev_add_param_<type><access>

"type" is one of: int32, uint32, int64, uint64, string, mac, ipv4, enum, bitmask
The improvement here is that we now can exactly specify the width of the
int type parameters and also correctly distinguish between signed and
unsigned variables which means that a variable no longer ends up with
INT_MAX when it's assigned -1.

"access" can be empty for regular read/write parameter, "_ro" for readonly
parameters which get their value from a variable pointer in the
background or "_fixed" for parameters which are set to a fixed value
(without a pointer in the background).

Some more exotic types are not (yet) implemented, like
dev_add_param_ip_ro.
