hwrng: dev-random: always use /dev/urandom ...

/dev/random can block long after boot time. It seems there's a consensus
that /dev/urandom is safe to use except for very early boot, which isn't
when barebox sandbox is usually run. To make the HWRNG more useful,
always use /dev/urandom.

efi: silence warning about un-prototyped assembly-called functions ...

Both _relocate and efi_main are only called from assembly, but
-Wmissing-prototypes doesn't know that and warns about them.
Pre-declare prototypes to silence the warnings.

x86: include: add asmlinkage 'storage class' ...

We've a number of C functions with external linkage that are only called
from assembly. -Wmissing-prototypes warns about these unless they have
a prototype that goes unused. Let's standardize on using the asmlinkage
'storage class' to mark such declarations.

As <linux/linkage.h> defines asmlinkage to naught unless <asm/linkage.h>
does, it's sufficient to add an empty header to make this usable on x86
as well.

ARM: at91: add basic sama5d2-som1-ek1 support ...

The ATSAMA5D27-SOM1-EK1 is Microchip's evaluation kit for the SAMA5D2
System in Packages (SiPs). The ATSAMA5D27C-D1G-CU SIP embeds 128 MB
of DDR2 DRAM and the SoM has a PMIC, QSPI flash and a 100Mbps PHY.

barebox already supports the sama5d2 clocks, GPIO/Pinctrl, QSPI
controller and Ethernet MAC. Most notable omission is the sama5d2
variant of the SDHCI, which differs from the MCI used by previous AT91
boards, but we kernel boot over the network works, so lets add the board
now and have the SDHCI follow later.

The EVB has the dbgu TX on PB31. Pinmux and set up the UART on it when
DEBUG_LL is enabled, so early barebox boot messages can be printed.
