ARM: nxp-imx8mq-evk: add barebox and env partitions ...

So we can have a persistent env and a bit safer barebox update. Also
switch the environment and update default depending on the bootsource,
as this is really helpful on an eval board where one might want to
have totally different systems on eMMC and SD card.

Recent versions of the i.MX8MQ ATF (like the one shipped with Barebox)
reside in a part of OCRAM, so there is no need to reserve any part of
SDRAM anymore.

ARM: i.MX: Add liteboard support ...

liteboard is a development board which uses liteSOM as its
base. liteSOM can't exist on its own, but is used as part
of other boards - it only contains processor and memory.

Hardware specification:
 * liteSOM:
   - i.MX6UL
   - 256M or 512M DDR3 RAM
   - eMMC (uSDHC2)
 * Ethernet PHY
 * USB host (usb_otg1)
 * MicroSD slot (uSDHC1)

scripts: imx-image: fix first instruction in i.MX8MQ header ...

The instruction being patched in was a branch to 0x24000, instead of
the intended 0x9000. This doesn't matter when starting the image from
a regular boot source, but breaks starting the image via bootm, as we
rely on the jump in the first header instruction taking us to the
actual code.

As the code offset changes depending on the presence of the signed
HDMI firmware, compute the offet dynamically while building the image.

ARM: rdu1: Implement RDU1 config loading ...

RDU1 stores various configuration parameters, including FEC's MAC
address, in a configuration blob that can be located in on of three
places: SPI NOR, RAVE SP EEPROM or Microwire EEPROM.

This patch add an initcall to load those configuration variables from
a valid source (CRC8 checked) as well as expose then as "config_<var>"
environment variables.

This patch also adds appropriate code to register MAC address obtained
from config blob.

This is the default out-of-reset voltage, but if only the i.MX6 SoC
got reset, the PMIC might still be stuck at the lower voltage for the
slow operating point.

net: make routing work after dhcp command ...

At the moment only ifup stuff turns netif up.
After the commit f0624a701513 ('net: Do not route traffic
to interfaces that are not up') the dhcp command
keeps netif->ifup == false and network subsystem
can't route packets.

How to repropduce the problem on qemu-malta_defconfig:

    qemu-system-mips -nodefaults -M malta -m 256 \
                     -nographic -serial stdio -monitor null \
                     -bios barebox-flash-image \
                     -net user -net nic,model=rtl8139

    ...

    barebox:/ dhcp
    eth0: 100Mbps full duplex link detected
    eth0: DHCP client bound to address 10.0.2.15
    barebox:/ ping 10.0.2.2
    ping failed: No route to host

However if ifup command is used for network interface
configuration then there is no network problem, e.g.

    barebox:/ ifup eth0
    eth0: 100Mbps full duplex link detected
    eth0: DHCP client bound to address 10.0.2.15
    barebox:/ ping 10.0.2.2
    host 10.0.2.2 is alive

environment: bypass overlap check for mtd devices ...

For mtd devices the overlap check does not work as expected for two
reasons. First is that cdev->offset is 0 for mtd partitions, instead
cdev->mtd->master_offset has to be used. That could be fixed easily.
Second on NAND devices the environment is on the bb devices and not
on the raw nand devices which means we would need something to get
the mtd device from the bb device before doing the check.

Both issues are fixable, but the check was mainly done to catch cases
when an environment partition is created in the free space before the
first MBR/GPT partition on SD/MMC devices, so leave out the mtd case
for now.
