nv: Do not create globalvars from nvvars ...

When we create a new nvvar there's no need to create the corresponding
globalvar, because whoever wants to use the corresponding globalvar
will create it before usage anyway. Doing this means that we have to
test for existence of a corresponding nvvar when we create a globalvar,
and if it does, set the value of the globalvar from the nvvar.

bootentry_create_from_name() takes a name and creates bootentries
for it. It tries different providers that interpret the name:
blspec, bootchooser or script pathes. Instead of hardcoding the
different providers in the function, allow the providers to register
themselves.

Area info "0x00000000 ... 0xffffffffffffffff" in digest
commands output is something strange and misleading, e.g.

  barebox@barebox sandbox:/ md5sum logo/barebox-logo-240.png
  d3226a0eba3fd49af6bd190b077a3466  logo/barebox-logo-240.png 0x00000000 ... 0xffffffffffffffff

Also skipping area info in the barebox digets commands
output for every file makes it more similar to traditional
*nix digest commands output.

The info contains useful information at least for enums, for these the
possible values are printed. This makes the output of the "global"
command more useful and similar to "devinfo global"

watchdog: new driver for Armada XP ...

This SoC uses a variant of the IP that is also used on most other
Marvell SoCs. For now it only supports Armada XP but the naming is
already chosen such that adding support for further SoCs doesn't result
in much renaming.

clocksource: mvebu: don't request the used iomem resource ...

The register ranges of the device nodes timer@20300 and watchdog@20300
overlap, so it is impossible that both devices properly use
request_iomem_region (e.g. by using dev_request_mem_resource). In Linux
only the watchdog driver is registered in /proc/iomem, do the same for
barebox.

console: fix usbserial re-connect ...

With commit b4f55fcf355a ("console: expose consoles in devfs") consoles
got inserted, but never removed from devfs.
When dealing with USB consoles, barebox should be prepared for devices
spontaneously appering and disappering again (user disconnects and re-
connects the cable). If the devfs entry is not removed upon disconnect,
barebox will raise an error "device creation failed with File exists"
when the cable is connected again.

Remove devfs entries when consoles are de-registered.
Also change the error message, it's the devfs entry.

console: console_get_by_name: do not strcmp NULL ...

console_get_by_name iterates through the console_list using strcmp to mach
a given console by name. console_list may contain entries with devname = NULL,
inserted there e.g. by KEYBOARD_GPIO. In worst case loady -t usbserial
will crash barebox when strcmp hits 0 NULL devname:
> unable to handle NULL pointer dereference at address 0x00000000

Let console_get_by_name just ignore the anonymous consoles.
