clk: migrate to SPDX-License-Identifier use ...

Some of these are a product of source sync with Linux, the other were
done with macro assistance by searching for /later/, deleting license text,
adding appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier and manual post-review.

Devices without a license indicated where assumed GPL-2.0-only according
with the project's license.

clk: implement clk_register_fixed_rate ...

We lack a way to instantiate a fixed clock while specifying a parent.
This is used in the at91 clock code sync with upstream in a later
commit, so prepare by porting clk_register_fixed_rate.

It's based on the Linux commit of the same name with the difference that
it doesn't use (and thus doesn't require) a struct device_d * as first
parameter.

kbuild: rename hostprogs-y/always to hostprogs/always-y ...

In old days, the "host-progs" syntax was used for specifying host
programs. It was renamed to the current "hostprogs-y" in 2004.

It is typically useful in scripts/Makefile because it allows Kbuild to
selectively compile host programs based on the kernel configuration.

This commit renames like follows:

  always       ->  always-y
  hostprogs-y  ->  hostprogs

So, scripts/Makefile will look like this:

  always-$(CONFIG_BUILD_BIN2C) += ...
  always-$(CONFIG_KALLSYMS)    += ...
      ...
  hostprogs := $(always-y) $(always-m)

I think this makes more sense because a host program is always a host
program, irrespective of the kernel configuration. We want to specify
which ones to compile by CONFIG options, so always-y will be handier.

The "always", "hostprogs-y", "hostprogs-m" will be kept for backward
compatibility for a while.

ARM: include: remove unused <asm/processor.h> ...

File has been in source tree for 17 years and is unused.
Drop it. The only definition we might want out of the file is
cpu_relax(), which we already open code as barrier() with a comment in a
couple of places. Move the definition to <linux/barebox-wrapper.h>
and drop the file altogether.

No functional change.

regmap: retire of_node_to_regmap in favor of device_node_to_regmap ...

device_node_to_regmap is the current upstream API for this and is more
general, because it allocates a regmap on demand if none exists.

As of_node_to_regmap is unused anywhere, remove it.

mfd: syscon: refactor of_syscon_register compatible check ...

Linux also provides a device_node_to_regmap function that doesn't do a
compatible = "syscon" check. In preparation for having it in barebox,
factor out the compatible check into the callers.

While at it make the clock checking explicit, so the diff clearly
indicates, we touched all instances and to prepare for follow-up
commits.

No functional change.

mfd: syscon: enable specified clocks on syscon_base_lookup_by_phandle ...

Since commit b36b7b72 ("mfd: syscon: clock peripheral if specified in
device tree"), we now clock syscons during access if the device tree nodes
indicate a clocks property. We haven't been doing this for
syscon_base_lookup_by_phandle though, because we did this as part of the
regmap access functions, but that function returns a direct pointer to
the MMIO region.

The best way forward is probably dropping the syscon_base API altogether
and change users to the regmap API instead, but for now, make the behavior
consistent by enabling it permanently.

This makes use safe from breakage that results from upstream device trees moving
a clock from the consumer to the syscon provider (like in [1])

I've reviewed the current driver code users of syscon_base_lookup_by_phandle
and all upstream device trees that match against the drivers lack
a clocks property, so this shouldn't alter behavior (for now).

ppc,riscv: set something to KBUILD_DEFCONFIG ...

'make ARCH=riscv defconfig' ends up with endless recursion.
Users may get upset with it.

In Linux, every architecture does something for 'make defconfig'.
Set something to KBUILD_DEFCONFIG to make it work for riscv and ppc.

There is only one file in arch/riscv/configs/, so there is no choice
but erizo_generic_defconfig for riscv.

There are some choices for ppc, but I am not sure what is appropriate.
I just picked something.

mfd: double-quote the menu prompt of MFD ...

Linux commit 801b27db4638 ("kconfig: drop T_WORD from the RHS of
'prompt' symbol") requires every prompt to be quoted even if it is
a single word.

This is the only place with no quoting. It must be surrounded by
double-quotes in order to sync Kconfig to Linux 5.6-rc1 or later.

While I was here, I reworded "MFD" to "Multifunction device drivers"
to be consistent with Linux.

ARM: i.MX: fixed enabling the MMU after switching in non secure mode. ...

The Domain Access Control Register (DACR) in CP15 is banked between
secure and non secure mode: there a copy of the reg. in secure mode and a
second copy in non secure mode.
As barebox boots on the imx7 SOC it runs in secure mode and initializes
the secure-mode copy of DACR (with 0x00000001).
After switching to non secure mode, for example with the command 'smc -n'
or while booting a kernel image with global.bootm.secure_state=nonsecure,
the active value of DACR is the copy in non-secure mode and that copy
was still uninitialized and in an UNKNOWN state.

This caused the cpu to hang as soon as the MMU was enabled in non-secure
mode.

We fix this by reading the DACR value in secure mode just before switching
to non secure and then initializing it again with the same value.

spi: Add fsl-dspi driver ...

The fsl-dspi is found on Freescale Vybrid, Coldfire and Layerscape SoCs.
This adds the driver based on the Linux driver as of v5.5. Coldfire
support has been dropped as it's rather obsolete. Vybrid support has
been dropped because it needs the DMA engine support we do not have in
barebox. What's left is support for Layerscape where this driver has
been tested on.
