commands/of_node: add option to apply changes as fixup ...

Analogous to the of_property command, add an -f option to the of_node
command. This option defers the device tree modification until boot
time and thus applies the modification as a fixup on the linux device
tree.

MIPS: fix copy_to_link_location for 64 bit mode ...

MIPS `lw` instruction loads a 32 bit word from memory on both 32 bit and 64 bit
systems. On the other hand LONGSIZE is either 4 or 8 depending on selected code
model. This discrepancy causes copy_to_link_location failure on 64 bit systems.

mtd: cfi-flash: fix write_buff() for 64 bit systems ...

write_buff() uses ~(flash_info.portwidth - 1) to mask lower bits of addr. This
causes higher 32 bits of addr to be discarded on a 64 bit system, since
flash_info.portwidth is 32 bits long (unsigned int) and addr is 64 bits long
(unsigned long).

imx-usb-loader: dump memory bytewise on verification mismatch ...

dump_long only prints the full words and does not print the unaligned
rest. This means that some bytes (and maybe actually the interesting
ones) may not be printed. Use dump_bytes instead which does not have
this problem.

imx-usb-loader: Fix verify for non word aligned lengths ...

Verifying the uploaded image fails when the length is not word aligned.
This is because read_memory reads full words, so the input length must
be word aligned. Align the length up to 4 bytes so that we do not pass
unaligned lengths to read_memory.

mtd: nand: nand_omap_gpmc: Fix ecc steps ...

The eccsteps where set wrong for OMAP_ECC_BCH8_CODE_HW_ROMCODE.
So the ECC was only corrected for the first 512 bytes chunk of a 2k page.

Moved out the ecc step iteration out of the correcting loop to make
it more alike the generic nand functions. And made sure that
the ECC is caclulated for all chunks.

This patch is based on work of Sascha Hauer.

ARM: mmu: Introduce ARM_TTB_SIZE ...

Commit 1c33aac ("ARM: use memalign to
allocate page table"), reasonalby changed TTB allocation size from
SZ_32K to SZ_16K (TTB's real size), but it also changed alignment from
SZ_16K to SZ_64K for unclear reasons.

Reading various TTBR related ARM documentation it seems that worst
case alignment for it is 16KiB (bits [0, 13 - N] must be zero) which
also matches early TTB allocation code.

Since both early and regular MMU code has to share this paramter,
introduce ARM_TTB_SIZE and use it in both cases for both size and
alignment.

ARM: mmu: Implement on-demand PTE allocation ...

Allocating PTEs for every 4K page corresponding to SDRAM upfront costs
us quite a bit of memory: 1KB per 1MB or RAM. This is far from being a
deal-breaker for majority of use-cases, but for builds where amount of
free memory is in hundres of KBs* it becomes a real hurdle for being
able to use MMU (which also means no L1 cache).

Given how we really only need PTEs for a very few regions of memory
dedicated from DMA buffers (Ethernet, USB, etc), changing MMU code to
do on-demand section splitting can allow us to save significant amount
of memory without any functionality loss.

Below is a very trivial comparison of memory usages on start before
and after this patch is applied.

Before:

After:

ARM: mmu: Make sure that address is 1M aligned in arm_create_pte() ...

If address passed arm_create_pte() is not 1M (PGDIR_SIZE) aligned,
page table that is created will end up having unexpected mapping
offset, breaking "1:1 mapping" assumption and leading to bugs that are
not immediately obvious in their nature.

To prevent this and because all of the callers already do said
alignement in-place, move the alignment code to be a part of
arm_create_pte().

net: use dev_warn() when no MAC address is set ...

When a SoC such as VF610 has no addresses programmed for both its
interfaces, the "No MAC address set" warning can be confusing:
